The NunnaUuni Aino Duo-2 bread oven is perfect for both cooking and heating. The Duo models feature a separate hearth for the conventional oven and the bread oven, allowing you to burn wood in one or the other hearth as needed. The temperature of the bread oven rises significantly higher than the Solo models, which makes it ideal for preparing baked goods that require high temperatures or foods that need to be stewed. The completely soapstone baking oven provides one of the best heat outputs available today. The combustion chamber of the NunnaUuni fireplace is made of a unique type of Mammut soapstone that can withstand high heat and conduct heat well. The oven stores a large amount of heat, which is slowly released from the surface of the hearth as uniform heat radiation, ensuring cozy warmth for a long time.
